Terra Stations in final assembly

Sorry that it's been a little while since we posted a news update - but there is exciting news!

The Terra Stations are in final assembly now, and orders are being sent out from today onwards, in the same sequence as orders were made.

‍

We'll be shipping through September so that all pre-orders will be arriving by the end of October 2024 at the absolute latest.  (Likely by end of September, but we don't want to overpromise)

Is your address still up to date or the same as when you made your order originally?

If not, please let us know urgently so we can get your order to the right address.

Even if you're not sure what address we might have on record for you, we'd prefer to receive your current address as a double-check confirmation. You can send your new address to support. (Security checks will be made).

New Website and App

In other news, we just updated the website www.terralistens.com and the Terra Station setup app called 'Terra Listens' will be in both app stores soon.

‍

The website now has a full support area with knowledge base articles and support tickets plus a setup page to help you setup your Terra Station

‍

More boxes arriving soon

After the first 125 boxes arrived last week, we're now having a jumbo delivery for the rest of the orders
